Mother's Love vs. Father's Love

Mother’s Love vs. Father’s Love
There are many loves in this world towards each other. There are friendship loves, relationship loves, brother love, sister love, and mother and father love. I think that there are a bunch of similarities and differences between the Mother and Father Love, just because men have a love for other people in a different way than women do. The men usually love with more of a lighter feeling while the women love with more passion and emotion.
A Fathers love towards a child is kind of hidden without us ever really realizing it. Fathers usually do something or buy us something without us asking for it in a way of showing their love. Or they give us “tough love” where if a situation has happened they just tell us to let it go and move on; like saying stiffen that lip up and move on. They also aren’t as affectionate as mothers are, where mothers like to caress their babies and hug and kiss on them if they get a cut or burn or something.
Mothers I think are also more understanding than fathers are. Just because I think mothers have more knowledge in raising a child then fathers do. Now don’t get me wrong fathers are and can be very knowledgeable about raising a child in a good way but I think it comes easier for mothers just because they gave birth to the child so they have more of a closer connection to the child than the fathers do. I think that’s why when people say they are a momma’s boy is because the mother understands more.
I also think that the fathers and mothers give more advice to different situations. Fathers know more about how to handle things like changing a car tire and fixing a fence; all the handy work stuff. While the mother gives more advice on the emotional stuff and how to handle relationships. But with the relationships I think it is based solely off of whether the child is a boy or girl. If it were me I would go to my father because he has been through more situations that I can relate to. While my mother doesn’t really know how I operate towards girls.
All in all you need both to help you through everything. You need love in general but there isn’t a greater love than that of a fathers or mothers. You need the love of different situations from the father and the love from the mother. Otherwise it was be harder for children to grow up being able to handle some situations. Both loves are equally important and you are equally loved by both.

Stephen King Passage 2

It was like every other day in 2nd grade. Gym class was the last class of the day thank God. We were getting dressed like usual and right before we went into the gym for class we lined up on the wall outside of the door to make sure that everyone was dressed and ready for class. Boys will be boys so we were cutting up and laughing and having a good time and we all walked out and sat down except i noticed something right in front of the teacher and all the students. I had forgotten my pants, so i stood there in front of everyone with a shirt and my underwear. I ran back into the locker room and there lay my pants on the ground with the initials C.P.S. From that day forward i was laughed at and made fun of for coming out of the locker room with no pants. I would never live that day down. But after i have gotten older and became closer with the people it was in front of, it had became more of a humorous experience.

Stephen King Passage

This passage was very unique and how it talked a bout the wasp and how he drop something on his foot. It was a different passage than i have heard. It was very unique and had its own way of telling a stroy and how it made you reflect on it. There are many ways that this story can be taken and i enjoy looking at essay's, stories, or passages like that because it makes you feel like you can examine it and come out with many solutions. It makes you think about all the times in your life where you couldpossibly relate. I remember when i was a little kid i loved climbing tree's and i would climb as high as i could, well one time i fell from atleast 12 feet and kncoked the wind out of me. When i caught my breathe i looked over and saw this little hole in the ground. i looked in it and there were three little bunny rabbits and i thought they were the coolest thing. Just as i looked over my father was mowing the grass and coming up on them i yelled at the top of my lungs before he could run over them. But he proceeded to continue over them because the lawn mower was so loud.

What Writing Is by Stephen King

I found this piece very eye opening. It tells you how we all have ways of writing and our way is very unique from everyone else's. One person may like to sit down at a table with complete silence with a cup of coffee burning right next to them. While another person likes to write with music playing to releve them from all the distraction's happening around them. I have a place like this, and its in my room with my ipod in just drowning out all the noizes that might distract me. What i got from this piece by Stephen King was that we all have different way's of writing but we all connect in some way, shape, or form. In his example of the rabbit in the cage with the number eight on his/her back, i found this very enlightening. It shows us that even though we were not in the same era as him when he told us about it we all connected to him in the same way with him. He said that "we just had a meeting, not in person but with our minds." I found that to be very wild and crazy because i was understanding that both our minds we were thinking about the same thing. The eight that was in blue ink on the rabbit's back.
